    This cancer wonder drug.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/ar...and-Wales.html

I'd love the NHS to be able to afford to give everyone the drug they need to live a life free of pain free of cancer .

But as my R/A specialist says R/A alone giving everyone the drug to make their life pain free would indeed bankrupt the NHS .

    As he says it's prioritising.
    Unfortunately.

I often feel that drug companies overcharge but obviously they have an important role to play especially with an aging population worldwide.
    What do you lads think

I will agree drug companies are a rip off.

On the subject of shrinking tumours.Mrs Pacs read alot on Brocolli doing the same sort of thing. She passes what she reads on to me.There have been alot of people who have eating a bowl of brocolli soup for lunch and have brocolli with every meal for a month or more and their tumours have shrunk significantly up to 60 odd percent, in some cases making them operable when they werent before. Some of the stuff ibread was quite amazing. Seeing MRIs/xrays of before and after was incredible.

Its high in sulphorofane which other veg have (kale, cauliflower) but brocolli is very high in it and it increases your bodys protective enzymes. An amazing wee plant

Glad I enjoy broccoli soup one of my favourites.

Yes indeed veggies are amazing food for the body the greener the better. But as we have an aging population cancer will become more to the fore .
And yes a good diet is a key to longer life .
Red meat is another that can pass on certain cancers like bowel cancer

Red meat is another thing that Mrs Pac knows alot about. It can cause bowel cancer among others. That is a fact but the amount you would have to eat on a weekly basis would be very high. Alot of people scare monger about it but in reality its not as bad as made out. Obviously there are people in this world who live off burgers everyday. They would be susceptible to it but other things too if thats the way they choose to eat. Each to their own though.

I have red meat once a week. More of a fish and chicken hoos. But i eat healthy, not especially deliberate. I eat what i enjoy. Just lucky i and the family enjoy healthy things. Its the booze that lets me down

Another superfood cancer battler is sweet tatties. Which is fine by me as we eat alot of them

But back on topic, you are correct, we are in an ageing population and it must be a nightmare for the already underfire NHS. I have sympathy with them. Actually did a project partly on this in 4th year modern studies and that was 17 years ago so can only be worse a generation on

The Daily Mail is obsessed with things that cause cancer, prevent cancer and both cause and prevent cancer.

Someone's tried to document it here:

Can you imagine how much cum would be flying in the Daily Mail office if they could print the headline " ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS CAUSE CANCER "

Why do people always take the most disgusting stuff in the world and then pretend it's good for you?

    Broccoli for f'uck sake?

If humans were supposed to eat vegetables then nature would have made them fine.

    Fruit, yes, good to eat.
    Vegetables, f'uckin disgusting.
    In particular, brassicas.
    Not for human consumption
