The retail site is still at www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk and your details will remain the same there although we are in the process of changing that website and system too.
A further announcement will be made about that system once everything has been completed.
And ST auto renewals will be transferred to new system
We have copied across the auto renewal information as well so if you are on that scheme then we will auto renew your seat as we have done in the past.
We are not sure when the auto renewal process will take place or when season tickets will go on sale so keep an eye on our main website for all the information.
Hearing rumours that seat numbers will be reset and we will have to reapply for favourite/usual seats.

TBH I’ve never had an issue with delivery from shop so not sure why they’d want to alter it

Sorted brother-in-laws out no problem with shop & ticketing.
Mine did the shop easy, problems with ticketing, contacted John Bird at supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net John sorted the issue out, now I'm up and hobbling along.
