    Motherwell rue a missed opportunity

Poor stuff. We were never near our best and can have few complaints. The visitors was more hungry for the win. - view external link

Awful and disappointing result. We didn't play well. But I have to say that Killie got the break of the ball. There were big elements of luck about their first goal; Henri could very easily have had a penalty, and there were several occasions when the loose ball doggedly refused to land at a 'Well player's foot in their six - yard box. Killie worked hard, and I'd stop short of saying that they were lucky, but the game could easily have gone our way.
Fortunately we didn't lose much ground; now we need to fend off ICT through the week. If we can do that we'll be well in the mix.
