Julian Dicks - The worst appointment in the clubs history?

He has no coaching skills and failed at very, very low level jobs.
When he got the West Ham coaching job he was selling himself to any team for £50 per hour coaching sessions.
He criticised the club, Noble, Tomkins, the board, Adrian and many more in print before he was appointed.
His skill set is far from ideal to a coaching role. He cannot motivate, is a bully and has no coaching ability whatsoever.
He abused the club from the day he walked through the door at 19 years of age.
He abused club legends.

I appreciate he was bought in just as a sop to the fans. 'Julian you get the bibs and cone and don't forget to fill up the water bottles'. But, why?

A totally pointless appointment that will go down as one of the worst in the clubs history.
