I heard we had made a bid and Wigan had accepted it but other clubs had shown an interest as we know.
If he is at wolves for talks he is interested in joining them.

You never know we may nick it at the end.

No way we can compete with Wolves realistically for his signature re. wages etc - though I can't see him getting the same sort of game time with them

The deal is not totally dead he has been in talks with us also. He wants more money and with Wolves interested it doesn't look good. It ain't over til it's over.
