    Weather watch!

Don’t know if this has been mentioned, and I know the drainage is good at NYS, but do you think the Stoke game is in any danger?

Forecast from BBC is not good - torrential rain from tonight and all day tomorrow and Wednesday.

    Copied from BBC weather:

Yellow warning of rain for South Yorkshire
Updated 18 January at 14:18 GMT
    From
00:00 GMT on Tue 19 January
    To
12:00 GMT on Thu 21 January
Spells of prolonged and heavy rain may lead to flooding and disruption to travel in places.
    - Homes and businesses could be flooded, causing damage to some buildings
    - Fast flowing or deep floodwater is possible, causing a danger to life
    - Delays or cancellations to train and bus services are possible
    - Spray and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures
    - Some communities may be cut off by flooded roads
    - Possible power cuts and loss of other services to some homes and businesses

So the groundsman will need his brolly when he goes out to turn the sprinklers on

Seriously though the approach road on Don Street might be flooded.

Was about this time last year the prime minister was mopping out a shop in Matlock.

Let’s see how we cope this year?

Another reason for the Pigs not to play, seeing how Swillsbro turns into a mud bath.....they're timing it right so when the League's suspended, they stay up.
