Don't think anyone would have done any different. Too many people are employed to make problems go away. Lawyers absolutely at fault for not speaking truth to power. That is not meant as support for her. We need a reset in our moral behaviour imo.

The Government ministers responsible for the Post Office stretching as far back as 1999 should be named and shamed.
They receive an additional responsibility payment to be in charge.
The senior civil servants working in the department responsible for the Post Offices should also be hauled over the coals for this cover up.
