    Interesting... a bit more energy and possibly skill added to the team . also another body to our wage bill .. RB certainly has managed to persuade the holders of the purse strings that they need to be loosened.
    Didn't score when on loan at Carlisle (6 appearances) but scored a few for the Villa U21 team. Fingers crossed!

    bk, on Pompey Online someone said that Mick Williams confirmed last week that our wage bill is still just over 30% of overall budget.

    Depends what the arrangements are for paying his wages and all the other loan deals. Hopefully some bargains.

    If he can put himself about a bit, then we are likely to be playing more in the opponents half than in ours.

    As you know, once play concentrates in our half for any prolonged period (three minutes or more) then we concede.

    I don't mind if he doesn't score many, as long as he can get in positions where he can lay it off for others to score.
