TC & the use of squad

Of course keeping a winning, settled side, minimising changes as little as possible etc, key to a successful season, but it does appear that TC, likes to get every drop of energy out of certain players / certain positions, when a substitution may just give that added energy / boost for final 15 / 20 mins.
Okane / Phillips in midfield both had good games on Sat, but both looked totally drained in last 15, when Ipswich were really pushing for the equalizer, surely bringing on Vierra ( who must be chomping at the bit ) or Klich, would have given extra legs etc. but yeh we still got the ***** 3 points

Would like to see Vierra in against Cardiff, just think his energy could be usefull, along with Dallas, maybe drop either Hendandez / Saiz

you going to Cardiff for a draw? imo they are there to be shot at, think Hernandez/Saiz worry the opposition, and if they play, i expect us to score. If Pontus is back in the reckoning, id go for the win, use Viera last 20 when our midfield duo tire...
