    EFL to appeal

The EFL are to appeal to tribunal against the amortation part of the Derby County case

Even though they signed the accounts off Not sure if this affects our ability to sign anybody or if we are still under the soft embargo Never rains but it pours for us

Matt Hughes has written in the Daily Fail that it's the stadium valuation and the MDS loan they are appealing. How they can appeal the loan is a mystery as we've never been charged with that............ thus far.

When will that rag stop bad mouthing the club and stick to FACTS? Probably never.
