Yeah not too keen on this 2 fingers up to the EU stuff. Things like vaccines should really be shared around the world by the wealthier countries rather than this 'I'm all right Jack' attitude. The Tory government are determined to try and use the vaccine campaign to make us forget the sh1t show that went before it but it won't work.

Doubt it if it's 12 weeks after the first, can't really expect a good level of immunity until the second jag.

Plus I guess you have to wait 3 weeks after the second for full immunity, like the first one.

In Scottish care homes it was the pfizer vaccine that was used at first as they were top priority and that jag was approved before the AZ.

Mind the Scottish government was getting slated for the low vaccination numbers compared to England?,they were doing the general public whereas we concentrated on the most vulnerable but it was a logistical nightmare with the pfizer being taken to the care homes and the temperature difficulties.

Not unreasonable to say mistakes made in all 4 nations. Don't think Westminster much different from devolved nations.
To best of my knowledge no UK nation "giving" away vaccine at moment though promised for future. Don't think individual parties will be judged harshly by voters in May. Sure I saw poll with Tories 10% ahead in UK terms.

Don't think you ever get full immunity with any of the vaccines but does take 3 weeks or so to give you best cover it will.
