There's certainly been a massive shift in the Saudis' position on piracy. If this is all a result of the negotiations with the PL-and surely this is too much of a coincidence not to be?-then that's fair enough, tbh.
Maybe the PL are waiting to see if the Saudis are as good as their word in terms of clamping down on the piracy before they give the ok on the takeover?
