    Player ratings

I thought we were great in the first half and nearly went ahead with the deflected shot just before the break. The own goal seemed to knock the wind out of our sails at the start of the second and we never really seemed to get going after that although we defended well and tired in the final few minutes.

Fleming 7 made some good stops, perhaps a bit slow to react to O'Hanlon deflection - it seemed to go in in slow motion. Perhaps his last game for us with Amos here and Gillespie to return. His penalty save in the Boreham Wood replay was instrumental in earning us a few quid from this tie.
Potts 7 best performance at RB and gained in confidence. Let down by a couple of weak crosses.
O"Hanlon 5 Was he fully fit? Below par performance, albeit against better opposition.
Ehmer 8 assured and read the game well
Robson 8 did well defensively and took his goal well
Amoo 8 our biggest threat and really went at them
Buaben 7 good on the ball but tends to dwell at times and get caught in possessi

Very good analysis 54, and agree with nearly every comment. Would only give Potts a 6 personally as his crosses were poor. Kavanagh should've made changes earlier and responded to Sunderland formation change at the start of the second half. Hope Fleming is kept on, seems to be a more than adequate second keeper. Made 2 excellent saves.

    Fleming 7
    Potts 5
    Robson 7
    Ehmer 7
    O'Hanlon 5
    Noble 6
    Berrett 6
    Bauben 6
    Lawrence 5
    Amoo 7
    Guy 4

    Miller 5
    Symington 6
    Townsend n/a

Matched them first half, terrible second half. Would've liked to see us go with 2 strikers at some point in the game considering Sunderland had a midfielder at centre half and an appalling player at left back. Kav's going to ruin Potts at right back, his level of fitness for a young lad is atrocious, perhaps should have played Chimbonda there. Lawrence has only had 1 good game for us, Townsend left back and Robson left wing would have given us better shape. O'Hanlon had a nightmare, summed up by his og. Amoo, Ehmer and Robson the only bright spots.

Did Miller touch the ball after he came on?
