    A Disciplinary Tribunal convened today

    in accordance with the Judicial Panel Protocol to consider the following case:

    Alleged Party in Breach: Michael Moffat, Ayr United FC

    Dates: From 19th February 2012 until 1st September 2013, inclusive

    Disciplinary Rule(s) allegedly breached:

    1) Disciplinary Rule 33 (Season 2013/14 and preceding rules): Between 3rd August 2012 and 10th August 2013, by placing seven bets on six football matches that involved your registered club.

    2) Disciplinary Rule 33 (Season 2013/14 and preceding rules): Between 19th February 2012 and 1st September 2013, by betting on 150 football matches.

    Outcome: Notice of complaint upheld.

    Sanction: Six-match suspension imposed with immediate effect.

    Disciplinary Rule 33: No club, official, Team Official or other member of Team Staff, player, match official or other person under the jurisdiction of the Scottish FA shall bet in any way on a football match (except authorised and registered football pools).
