    I believe something is happening by purely putting 2 and 2 together.

    Season tickets for next season still not on sale - this has happened in January every season since they started doing it. Could be waiting for some one else to set the prices?, And Gray still hasn't got the job. I imagine having the option to bring in your own manager and set the ticket prices for next season is a considerable appeal when taking over a football club.
