A draw will be the worst result

Win and we have 3 valuable points.

Lose and it's surely the end for hoots.

But draw and we only get one poor point, and hoots would survive, just, once again.

If the board has any sense the manner of the squads play and attitude will be monitored. If we were to scrape a 1-0 win or something surely Hughton still has to go, however if its a cut and thrust 3-3 draw then he might survive if it appears the players are playing to save the gaffers job. Remember a few seasons ago when we lost to Burnley in such a manner that is was quite clear that the players had lost their respect for Worthington and that signalled his leaving.

Surely today will be of the same ilk?

Whatever the outcome this afternoon, I an not looking forward to watching this.
Just cant go along with the better to lose crowd, as winnable games for us are few, so it has to be 3 points, and we will have to put up with the dross for the rest of the season.
Still maybe there is a ten match unbeaten run, just around the corner, and the board then offer
    Hoots an extended contract.
    You can tell I'm nervous.
