    New Injury Blow For Alcaraz

Antolin Alcaraz suffers fresh injury setback

ANTOLIN ALCARAZ has suffered a new blow in his injury-plagued season at Everton after being ruled out for up to a month.

The Paraguay defender is hampered by muscle fatigue and faces another spell on the sidelines.

Alcaraz, 31, rushed back from a three-game absence due to the same problem to play in the Merseyside derby but was then absent for the win over Aston Villa last Saturday.

He has made just four appearances since arriving at Everton on a free transfer in the summer having required a hernia operation .
