    Sir Walter the Softy

    Dennis the Menace's arch enemy.

    The writers gave him a girlfriend to refute claims that he was gay.

    Also Dennis had to stop bullying him so much as it was seen as homophobic. Even though he isn't gay.

    True story.

    I always thought Dennis the menace was a bit of a nancy boy himsel, I mean if your going to chose an arch enemy at least make it a fair battle. I suspect there was a side story we were never privy to, that Dennis was actually getting the sh*te kicked oot him every day by Boris the bricksh*te hoose.
