What? You can't have too many Jinrich Stanek threads
Everton swoop for rookie Czech Republic goalkeeper Jinrich Stanek.
Tim Howard will be kept on his toes by a goalkeeper young enough to be his son after Everton signed Czech ****ager Jinrich Stanek on transfer deadline day.
The Toffees have signed 17-year-old Stanek for an undisclosed fee from Sparta Prague even though he hasn’t made an appearance at senior level.
Stanek, who has represented the Czech Republic at under-19s level, is only the second new face at Goodison Park during the January transfer window following the signing of striker Lacina Traore yesterday on loan for Monaco.
Everton manager sees Stanek as one for the future and he will be third in line behind 34-year-old Howard and Spaniard Joel Robles.
