    Keogh, Buxton, Eustace

Keogh, Buxton, Eustace... the stars of the show tonight. Hard won victory well deserved. We can hold on and grind out results after all!

Great win and all the defence played absolutely superbly but I was still very nervous for the amount of time we tried to hold on for...

For a team with "an abundance of Premier League quality" (commentators words) they created very little so full credit to the whole defence and team as a whole.

Great result. Certainly a game of two halves but we made enough chances to win this by more. Great defense second half and well deserved.

You could tell they were a team of Premiership quality by the amount of cheating and whining to the ref all night.Bunch of tossers!

Barton is the dirtiest and mouthiest player in this league by a country mile. Got a constant tactic of trying to bully and wind up other midfielders to try and get them booked or sent off. His reaction to a soft challenge by I think Bryson showed that.

And if anyone believes that it was a foul on the goal line for our goal, they need their eyes tested. Seen a few QPR fans on a different forum moaning how that was a definite foul. Both players jumped, arms up with eyes on the ball. Martin didn't have his arm over or on the player and just happened to be stronger. Anywhere else on the pitch, no debate of it even being a foul so why on the goal line?

    Keough, Buxton, Eustace and Grant.

I thought Lee Grant made a telling contribution tonight too. Well played all round. There was a few twitchy moments but it was to be expected due to the calibre of there squad. On another note I thought Barton was lucky to be on the pitch at the end! By the way Joey your hair is about as straight as Bungles furry member!

Every punch, every catch, every save was absolutely perfect. Possibly the best performance by Grant I've seen. Gave confidence to the defenders and owned his box. What a keeper.

Should have seen him last week on Super Bowl night!

I had just finished work in Liverpool and was too late to get into the bar my mates were in watching the big game. Luckily someone was distracting the bouncers by starting a fight and then arguing about it with the bouncers (much as he did with the ref tonight), which sufficiently distracted them so that I could get into the bar and watch the Super Bowl.

Good old Joey Barton. True story that.
