Well today their loss was more costly as they were beaten at Barnsley (one of the bottom 3). Not only that, the other two bottom 3 teams won

They're now one place outside of the relegation zone. 1 point above Charlton, 2 above Barnsley and 3 above Yeovil. Yeovil and Barnsley both have a game in hand and Charlton have 3!

    They are in big trouble

Anyone watching the Liverpool Swans game?#

Liverpool raced into a 2-0 lead, Now 2-2. Half way through the 1st half.

Cracking game, Swansea go above us if they win btw.

    Now 3-2 Liverpool.

how many games have they lost in a row? 5 or six?

St James's Park isn't a good ground for the Toon it seems..

Feel sorry for those watching the Toon game. The Pool v Swans game is a belter.

    4-3 Liverpool now.

Newcastle go ahead in extra time, Remy again. Relief for Pardew and real pressure now for Villa. Poor game which came alive in last ten minutes.

    Full Times

    Liverpool 4-3 Swansea City
    Newcastle United 1-0 Aston Villa

Two more great results for us, both Swansea and Villa could have gone level on points with us. So both now remain 3 behind.

Just now need Spurs to thrash Norwich.

Btw Liverpool have now scored more prem goals this season than Man City. (70)

Nice to see Ken Brown receiving what I guess was a birthday cake before the Norwich game. For those of you too young to know he was a great centre half for us in the sixties, playing next to Bobby Moore in the 64 FA cup win and the European cup winners cup in 65..
