The Police eventually had to grovel
Honest they were lifting fans for hehaw no drunks wanting a fight or mobs meeting up or singing dodgy songs
Pushing at the Q at the turnstyle was enough even though it was mobbed
Funnily enough our next trip to Hampden the police bent over backwards

The best policing I've witnessed at a fitba match was Sheffield for our pre-season friendly at Wednesday.
The police were just standing off and letting pretty much everything go. Everybody had a good time and I think I saw one boy getting lifted (far too pished). Heavy-handed policing doesn't work at football matches.

Was at the likes of Hull Preston and Plod were superb
Most charges were dropped against those lifted that day as bigwigs got involved
It does show you that if piggy wiggy has an agenda then yer fv ked

They have targets so people end up getting lifted, regardless of whether they deserve it or not.

Pretty much everybody at a Liverpool away gets a full search, they go through your cigarette packets & everything & then stand at the front filming the crowd for the whole game.
