Both semis and finals should have been at sellick park using that logic.

If this is all being done to help Rangers both finals should have been at Ibrox.

    See how stupid it gets?.

    Absolute waffle.

Only one of those semis will come close to requiring that kind of capacity.

Aberdeen v St Johnstone could and should be played at Easter Road.
Rangers v Dundee Utd should also be at a neutral venue, Parkhead is available and meets requirements.
Regardless of which teams make the final, only Parkhead will come close to coping with demand.

There was absolutely no need to announce the venues in October.

Could be wrong but one would have thought that the SFA would be paying more to have two "neutral" matches hosted at ibrox, than have just one hosted at Parkhead.

It still doesn't explain the undue haste in nailing down absolute venues for semis or the final given both clubs were still involved mind.

It might still have been the case that both Celtic and The Rangers were involved by the time a decision had to be finally made on venues but there doesn't seem to be a logical and reasonable explanation as to why it was done way back before Christmas

The SFA will probably pay more to the buns than anyone else will receive and the buns on here are trying to justify it.
