This is bad news...always a reliable player that can fill a variety of roles and with the odd goal chipped in he will be missed...

Chin upper Bradders and hope the op goes well for you lad...

The other news about Thomas is also a blow but maybe this is where young Hitchcock is given a chance to start and really prove himself...always feeds better off Revs than any other partnered forward imo...

Bad news indeed - maybe a quick visit to the loan market is required.

It is a blow to lose such a versatile, reliable and consistent performer and let's hope the op goes well he returns to full health soon.

In review I feel we have been pretty lucky so far this season with injuries (touch wood) considering the physical nature of the game. Here baseball is just in pre-season (sorry Deano I know you hate me mentioning crap Yankee sports on this MB ) and the team I follow have already lost 3 of their 5 starting pitchers to what could be season ending elbow injuries, some that may need 1-2 years recovery

Unless we get more injuries at the back I don't think we will miss him

I think the Walsall game proved that we will miss him. But you have a point, if Skarz gets injured, we'll have Brindley and Tavernier at the back, which could leave us wide open.

I'm not going to pretend that he's one of my favourites, but he's put in a reasonable stint as a "squad" player...a pity that he's got injured at this crucial stage of the sesaon - I hope that he has a speedy recovery. Is this the reason that Rowe has been recalled to the NYS?
Loan player coming in? (We've only got a few days to play with)

Tavs is also injured I believe and young Dan doesn't really know why he's been recalled as Claude, Morgs, Skarz, Brindley, Arnason, Addison & co are all fit
