    Odd thing is if we had made a bid for Tavernier before he kicked a ball for us then it would have been a lower fee than it would be now.

    BTW I think Tavernier had some family members in the West Stand today.

    Maybe a permanent move is getting more likely?

    Another were not likely to get...who knows what his wages are? He might be on 10 or 20 k a week...could be more...its a shame but he has said he wants to stay...

    Think Tavs has 12months left on his contract,as for wages don`t think we could afford him would like to think I am wrong though.Season long loan next season when we`re in back in the Championship?

    Think your right, it's no coincidence our undeafeted run has been since Smallwood came into the side.

    Yes, I think Smallwood has been magnificent and has grown in confidence and dominance in the central midfield areas as each game passes...he has made a Big difference to the millers being difficult to beat without question...feel for O`Connor whom can`t get a game at the moment! UTM

    Agree, Smallwood gets through a lot of work unnoticed and snuffs out attacks before they develop. I rate Tavernier, but if I was going to break the record, it would be for Smallwood. He even had a following of Boro fans come to watch him at Carlisle and they rated him highly too
