    The 13 winners were: Northampton (21/10), Wycombe (11/8), Portsmouth (6/4), Crewe (13/5), Carlisle (19/10), Tranmere (9/5), Yeovil (5/2), Millwall (4/1), Birmingham (9/5), Fulham (11/4), West Brom (11/5), Crystal Palace (21/10) and Hull (8/5).
