    Director of Football

    A well respected in football..for example a Jim Smith!!!
    Do we bloody well need one ?
    Would it bloody well help AA & the Board to have one ( transfer targets etc ) ?
    Can we bloody well afford one ?
    Can we bloody well afford not to have one ?

    Back in the good old days clubs were fine without a director of football, why is one needed now FFS.?

    I think maybe the board could do with a mentor too.

    What we absolutely don't need is Awfs to do it all. He either manages the first team and let the board bring in specialists to run the academy or Awfs to run the academy and we find a new manager.

    And Neil Warnock should be the no. 1 target.
