    re: The Wigan Myth

Suddenly seems that there's nothing to fear. I think Blackpool were the worst team I've seen us play all season, probably even worse than the Forest performance against us at our place.

I know they've got their problems but to be 2-0 down to them is pretty bad and I don't think any team in the play-offs should fear another side who lose to Blackpool.

Even I may **** up in this one if briefly

However not of caution ... Going into the playoffs we beat Preston 5 1 ... That don't continue.

Wigan 0 - 2 Blackpool. Are you all still **** scared of mighty Wigan? Think you'll find all the other teams may be scared of playing us?

if you're talking to me then nothing has changed. read my post. I'm not scared of their quality it's their style of play that worries me.

Chelsea didn't have **** on Bayern munich last season but they still had the style to do them in the champs league final. style clashes can make for difficult games.

    I'd like reading.

I must be thick - but your post needs translating.

Are you saying you are going to pass on giving us an explanation as to why Wigan's loss to Blackpool today is not significant and there are justifiable reasons, x,y ,and z to explain it and also explain why ours was a much easier task today?

Well in truth none of the other sides (including whoever makes 6th place have been on a shining run of form lately, so on that bsis we look to have things going for us...but all this analysis is just so much chatter, we all know and hostory shows us it to be ture, literally anything can happen in the play offs.

In short, we are well placed, we looking confident (a tad worry that we are leaking soft goals maybe) and really could not wish for more. We have every chance and what really cpas it all is that those reddogs arent in the play offs!!!

Well said swale. Ive not been this happy in years watching the rams and been excited when walking to the ground. i'm Very confident that we can win these play offs. There is nobody to fear nobody (Inc Wigan). But like you say forest not even making it and sitting in 11th!. Pmsl after all there gobbing off all last year about champions league and how we will be mid table or even fighting relegation. Well what ever happens in the play offs I'll be so proud of the rams no matter what division we are in. And immensely proud of the management team.

    WTF

It's an analysys type of thread...

Less pressure on us recently as we've been pretty much assured of a play-off spot for the last few games.[/quote]

WTF? Stop writing cack, we were chasing 2nd spot for the last month, so we all were under pressure, and we didn't have a play off sealed until the last week or so
