a thread like this is always interesting. kinda depends how you interpret it. for instance are you going on what you think they're worth, what you'd sell them for or what you think someone will pay for them. you'd probably end up with 3 very different prices.
for example, I reckon bucko's worth about A?1.5m. I wouldn't sell him for any less than A?2.5m but I doubt anyone would pay much more than A?750k in reality.
going back to the Keogh vs bucko thing, I think anyone that's watched 15 games+ this season would agree bucko is the better player but he doesn't get the same recognition. not long ago I remember some people (on the burnley board maybe triz??) were saying Keogh would be one of the few defenders considered for their team of the year - bucko never got a mention.
maybe Keogh benefits from being an international? and the fact that we paid a fair price for him. jake buxton on a free from mansfeld town or whatever doesn't quite have the same ring as Richard Keogh, a A?1.2m sign
