    Queens 2-1 Falkirk (1st leg)

Good result. Hopefully we can finish the job up at Falkirk this Saturday.

Bob McHugh does next to nothing all season and comes up with 2 great goals tonight. Hopefully he is finding form at right time. Does away goals count in play-offs? Brilliant result and will be a good day out on Saturday.

Certainly didn't look like this would be the result at half time.

Great second half performance and bringing Danny on turned it from a draw to a victory as the left side of the Falkirk defence didn't have much to do up until then.

If we can score at Falkirk it will make it difficult for them.

Their first half performance showed how many chances they are able to create though.

    Great start though

Fully agree. The lad finally showed that he can play. His work rate was good, his runs off he ball were good and his goals, especially the winner, were exceptional. Mom performance IMO and he has given us something to hold onto when we go up there.

No away goals are just the same as normal ones.

Mr. McIntyre's half-time team talk must have been inspiring such was the difference from the first half. Well done Bob for the two great goals giving us a slight edge going into the 2nd leg. A one goal lead is always precarious so what should the gaffer do? Try and hold what we have or be a bit more attack minded. Time to earn your corn Mr. Mc. Anyway a great 2nd half performance keeps the dream alive. Roll on Saturday when hopefully a good turnout of Queens fans can cheer the team onto the next stage. BRING IT ON!

Feels a bit like we've just won a cup final. Fantastic result especially having 3 key players out.

Going to be a tough game at Falkirk but advantage us so you never know. Tempting to go defensive for the 2nd leg but imo i think we should go for it. Their weakness is their defense.

MOM for me was Kerr followed by McShane

IF Durnan, Dowie and Holt had not been so steadfast this result would have been so so different. Their platform allowed the comeback.

Falkirk fans must be in a state of apoplexy not having won the game by half-time and getting mugged in the second.

More of the same saturday please QUEENS

At half time i was going aw naw but at full time it was aw yes!Queens players don't half know how to play with our emotions.Very nervy 1st half, defence looked shaky and the midfield had little composure apart from Kerr. But what a 2nd half, Bob took his goals really well.Great credit to all the players for a battling performance, and we are in a good position at half-time in the tie.
I would like to have seen Kidd been given a run the last 15mins, Danny made a difference and i feel we were lacking pace in the wide areas.Looking forward to Saturdays game, bring it on. Up the Queens!
