    Similarities...

3rd in the league, last game against Leeds, first leg of the play offs on the south coast against 6th, goal down to a good strike, penalty, win 2-1 away, centre forward playing a ***** part in both goals...

Please god for my heart don't let it go to penalties on Sunday

    re: Similarities...

Not to tempt fate but this Brighton team are no way near as good as the Southampton team we beat. Hopefully the similarities end here.

I thought Brighton looked jaded, lacking ideas and didn't get enough players in the box. We rode our luck, especially with Forsyth's challenge but I never at any point felt we were under any real danger of losing the first leg.

That Southampton team went for our throats in the second leg and we did well to beat them. I honestly don't think Brighton have the same quality and depth.

Fingers massively crossed that i'm right.
