    Nick Powell

Just announced on 5 live he's been convicted of drink driving and got a 14 month ban and a 5k fine. Wonder if that's why he isn't playing for Wigan tonight.

But worse than that is the fact he's a Man Yoo player.

Just learned the same - shame this, always thought he was a level headed/sensible lad with his feet firmly on the ground.

No excuse but lots of people do stupid things when they are young, hopefully he will learn though - seems without his car for a year he will learn the had way!

Disappointed in the lad - let himself down.

Hopefully, that is the last mistake he will make and he will learn from this. It is easier to sink at this level than swim.

    Wigan lead 1-0.

Neither will any of his team mates, as Wigan went down 2-1. Derby versus QPR in the final.

I don't think so Paul it will be a harsh lesson for him and he is still young but he will have a criminal record for the offence.

I have been pulled over twice but provided negative test one 0mg and the other 3mg but one of my players got pulled over at 7am two weeks ago and had a same sample of 54mg so his case is next week so he worried he will get the same fine and ban.

End of the day in my eyes they should not drive again but that is only my personal opinion.
