He's been the owner for 3 years, he's had 3 managers and the club is over 170 million in debt with nothing to show for it, if as you state he's using the club just for PR and driving them further into debt then he's an unfit owner. Depends on how much they lost though, they say that they will be fined 1 pound for every 1 pound they've lost over 18 million and by all accounts they lost 80 million. If they do the same next season they could find themselves coming out of the premiership owing more money than they make, saying that though knowing old brown bag the fine will only be 50p.
