The ones I remember as a kid were football cards that came with a thin sheet of pink bubble gum in with them. The cards would smell of the gum long after the gum had gone. Happy days.

My lads got the album & collecting the stickers with my assistance, mainly financial

No, we've teamed up! We share the cost, he opens them & sorts the ones we need and i get to stick them in as i make sure they're put in precisely

As i type, we now require 204 so are 68% complete!

Might ask the wife for a bit of pocket money and get a couple of packs in the morning

1981 collection took me ages to get him nobody would swap still remember me Dad shouting me the September before 'We've got him'! when he signed, Heroes eh!!
