    West Bromwich Albion

Derek McInnes seems to be on their managerial long leet, so there might be a vacancy up yonder. Although the Dons have 'form' in the context of taking our managers, I think the Aberdeen fans, given the personal abuse they have directed at SM since (and before) Sunday for, apparently, his light blue connection, English accent and negative tactics, would be very, very unhappy if it looked as though SM was heading for Pittawdry. In any case, all he could offer would be more wins, more points, more goals, a run of higher league positions, and, on the evidence of Sunday, more tactical nous. Not worth the gamble, I'd say.
Or would hypocrisy come out on top? But it'll no' matter; DM won't get the West Midlands gig anyway.

I wouldn't be so sure, SM has got to cash his Motherwell Chips in sometime and his CV cant get any better , cups excepted. I don't think McInnes will be in a rush to try English Football for a wee while yet after last t

Hopefully that's the case, but he must be on a few Chairman's radars given his achievements over the years at FP.
    Time will tell.

Perhaps SM will replace McInnes if he moves to West Brom.
Doubt ether will occur as many 'big' managers available south of border.
