Cash within the CAFC Group Structure

Its been a quiet afternoon so I have done a bit of Companies House research - just for the hell of it and to see where some of the transfer cash has been going

At the top of the pyramid is

Norman Hassell Ltd - Cash 1.4M - subsidiary is

Crewe Alexandra Ltd - Cash 1.3M - subsidiary is

Crewe Alexandra Football Club Company Ltd - Cash 1.2M - whose subsidiary is

Commercial Enterprises (Crewe) Ltd - Cash 1.3M - whose 2 Subsidiaries are

Alexandra Stadium (Crewe) Ltd - Cash just 16 pounds

Station Park (Crewe) Ltd - 25K

Bear in mind that these figures are just a snapshot in time as of the last filed accounts and will be changing all the time...

Contact me if anyone want further info

Due to some of the accounts being consolidated the figures basically include the same cash over and over.

That AŁ16 to the stadium must've been to pay for the re-painting of the welcome sign on the car park.
