    Losses over 8m

Did club gain promotion at the end of 13/14 season?
Yes= club pays fair play fine which goes to charity
No= transfer embargo imposed from 1st of January 2015, we (Forest) made losses of 17M apparently,
So i see QPR and Leicester avoid embargo but face fines which go to charity.

Last time I looked they was refusing to pay them. QPR in particular was going to be hit with 50-60 million fine.
The Premier league was refusing to enforce it. So as it stands, if QPR get relegated, they could be forced out of the league to the conference.

Seriously though. Can you really see that enforced?
Lets look at the impact here.
Money will vanish from the game, down the leagues. Jobs will be lost and local businesses going under.
So in effect, how many truly are going to get punished?
Personally. i like the league 1 and 2 structure. If you are only allowed to spend 60% of income on players, then wage cuts will have to come in acros

The rules are different from champ to prem and they only pay if they drop back down, hence the change in rules for 16/17 season.why don't we just say we will donate money to charity if they don't put and embargo on us?

QPR and Leicester come to think of it they will get parachute payments if relegated, that may get them out of trouble that season, i put the graphic for it on FB, for the championship that is.

Look at FB TTR when you get a chance, it says that if the owners put equity in that covers the losses they won't get any punishment which i don't understand.

That's true Es***. If the owner pays the debt, as long as it isn't a loan then it is balanced.

Question is, would the owner "give" £9 million and not expect it back?

    Interesting isn't it?

Parachute payments plus money made while in the premier league would easily cover the debt even in QPR's case.

Sorry Es*** it wouldn't. The figures don't include what they have spent since May.
Transfers and wages in particular will be sky high.
So when they come down, they are obliged to pay those wages. With the parachute payments used elsewhere, what then?
They won't be able to afford to pay off contracts.
In effect a player could walk if he chose.

Ipswich Town 2013-2014 books were released the other day & see their losses are down to 7.2 Million, so they escape any fines
