I reckon that Joe Hart will cost England a game, as he is not that good a keeper. He is a liability.

I think our RB is a joke. If the likes of Honduras & Ecuador are targetting Johnson already before the WC starts, and making sure they hit diagonal balls to the winger up against him. Because he is so poor, Hodgson will play Milner (deffo against Italy) to protect Johnson. Meaning we have no way of attacking them. Or hurting them.

I know lots of Everton fans rave about Baines, I am yet to be convinced he is good at that level. He is slow. He is too small, he cant cross a ball, cant beat a full back with pace, and I think defensivley he can be got at.

I dont rate Jaglielka. He will get a real turing by anyone decent like Suarez.

Personally I would have taken Terry and Cole, and gone for a solid defence. Baines & Jag as cover. That Shaw from Saints is nowhere near ready, I am not impr

Bloody hell, you've left yourself a bit open for a comeback Champs... especially when Johnson bursts through the Italian midfield exchanging neat one two's with both Jagielka and Shaw before delivering a defence splitting pass to Baines who is cruelly brought down in the box allowing Rooney to blast the penalty in the top left corner :-) I agree with you about Hart and Welbeck tho :-)

    Anyway it's Argentina for me.

I would have said the Argies, but given home advantage I'm going for Brazil, and not just because I'm eligble to play for them My mum was born in Sao Paulo.

In fact, it was only lack of talent that held back my Brazilian international career

The closest you will get to a Brazilian is sniffing Sven's stylish pubic rug...
