    Tierney the crock!

Jesus Christ! Out for another 3 months, how many games has he played for us? We seem to be terribly unlucky with long term injuries.

Anyway, the good news is, Dougie wants Jonathan Parr, who is on a free transfer after leaving Palace. Dougie signed him when he managed Palace, so he knows all about him. Parr is only 25 and a pretty decent left back.

Let's have some good news for a change!

At least it's one of our worst players for once instead of the very best.

I know he only played nine matches for us, but if he comes back a bigger liability than he was, we might as well pay off his contract now.

I've just heard that we're currently in talks with Parr. I thought it was very unusual for Dougie to go public with his interest in Parr. Parr is a quick left back who likes to get forward and he is a very energetic player. It will come down to money of course, but with Burnley set to announce the signing of Sordell anytime, Dougie should be able to free up some funds for Parr's wages.
