I'll only disagree to an extent, they're are worse than the Israelis. Doesn't help calling them the worst IMO.

Boko Haram, N. Korea, the U.S. government all have killed more for less and are clearly worse. (hell, I'll likely have a knock on the door soon for saying that!)

The Israelis are plenty bad though.

Sadly you're right Red, plenty of f-ers about.

Though I've had enough pops at the RC church, thought I'd kicked that dead horse enough and left them out.

No one can live in the Israeli section around Gaza because of constant incursions and rockets fired from Gaza over the border. In the 2 days leading up to the last invasion Hamas fired 84 rockets into Israeli territory. If the English constantly bombed Dumfries are the people of Dumfries the criminals when the defend themselves? The Israelis are going to move the shelters for rockets back inside Gaza so that when rockets are fired they don't cross into Israel.
If the Palestinians are such poor and hard done by people why doesn't Britain give them aid? Through the EU it still assists Russia

You will be able to explain why you think Israeli settlements DO NOT violate International Criminal Court, particularly Article 8?

You mean the ICRD Article 8 on war crimes? The one that Hamas broke when they had a policy of blowing up school buses? The one Hamas broke when they kidnapped and murdered three Israeli ****s a€” Eyal Yifrach, Naftali Fraenkel, and Gilad Shaer on June 12th this year so starting this cycle of violence. That article? And which particular part has Israel broken? Israel is allowed to take what actions it needs to defend its territory and its citizens. And the 6 rockets an hour coming from Gaza before the invasion, where do they figure in Article 8?

What actions is it allowed to take to defend territory it is illegally occupying?
Is that covered under your section 8?
