seems they're caught a bit betwixt and between. have some very good players that have attracted the attention of big teams, but don't have purchasing power to build on team and challenge for honours.

arsenal cherry picked theo and the ox a few years ago. seems a common theme with them.

bit of a worry that their ex manager is at spurs and he hasn't splashed the cash yet.

the exodus will likely continue.
