Dont be so stupid we have been best of rest 3 seasons running on a shoestring punching way above our weight yes our cup performances are pathetic but league wise we have been superb 38 games is more judgement of a manager than a one off im gutted at losing but its crazy to say manager must go we have to get things into perspective we are a team with around 4000 loyal support what are you expecting as usual total over reaction

We need to re address our priorities if McCall can do that fine if he can't we can't afford to keep him. We can't make finishing top 6 our be all and end all. We have truly wasted a golden era whilst our main rivals have been handicapped after next season that era is over ... Normal service will be resumed and our chances in the domestic cup will have lessened again.

He needs to improve his tactics in the games that can generate cash. Against Albion Rovers he sent out a weakened team and we got horsed. Ag

he should have offered to resign after the rovers debacle, we cant afford to boot him, his decisions are sometimes baffling, he has now been in charge for 2 of the worst results in our history, sorry but finishing 2nd in a rotten league does not make up for it, a cup win, decent run in Europe would, he has done neither so have to agree that its time for him to go...

Well put Stevie and KMCAA. My anger and frustration, which have not subsided, inhibited me from coming close to your eloquent contributions.

SM's ineptness is costing us much needed income, proving himself to be a liability. What do we do with liabilities ? We root them oot

    Good post Strvie.

He's out of contract at the end of this season and while he will be assessing the landscape very carefully to see if he wants to stay, we must do the same if we want to keep him.

The one point I would disagree on is that we have taken advantage of weak opposition by finishing so well in the league. This is an outstanding achievement. There is always the chance to do well in the cups, not so the league.

A look back through cup winners and finalists shows being good is not a requirement in the cups - strong will and a bit of luck are often enough. If we fade away, there is no reason to think we can't do what Killie or St Mirren did.

McCall has been give a free pass over our cup performances because of the league but that will end soon. I have nothing against us mucking around in eighth but if there is no prospect of cup success, these are going to be long seasons...

For me, he needs to show this season he has learned from mistakes - which he clearly hasn't so far
