    Accessible concessions

I'm disappointed to see that the club are now charging the severely disabled. Have the club put new facilities in place to justify this policy? I doubt this will be a big earner and it comes at the cost of good publicity. The club is quick to ask the community for help, but it no longer seems keen to give something back.

    Old news.
    Seems fair enough to me.

Also nice use of the word 'severely' you should write headlines for the Daily Mail. - view external link

    re: Accessible concessions

Well I for one won't be coming anymore as planned because of it. I used to come to the games since I was a boy until I have became disabled. I haven't been to a game since, and I was planning to start to try to come this season, Even if it was just for one half. But the money adds up and I won't be able to go. It's left me annoyed. It's not as if were feigning illnesses and trying to do the club out of money. I would give the club as much money as I can on the day through a programme etc. I know other disabled fans will be in the same boat as me and will miss out on their highlight of the week because of it. You would think the club would still do it due to increased revenue this year with the big three being in the league. Good luck for the season. I will be just watching the highlights on the OS.

I very much doubt it would be fair enough to you if it affected you or a family member

He probably thinks the poll tax was 'fair'. The new board have had a honeymoon period over the past year but this decision stinks.

It was a terrible decision when the board introduced the poll tax.

How do you know it doesn't??

For clarification how I read the statement is that we needed to start charging as we were in breach of ticket pricing policies.
The board seem to have liased with the relevant organisations.
So I think they've done all they can really.

I think you're issue will be with who creates the policies not the clubs who have to enforce them.

If you're wrongly assuming that I agree with the uk governments policies on disability benefits you'd be mistaken.

The new policy on accessible tickets was enacted with the help of the QOSDSA and the Scottish DSA. Queens were unlawfully not allowing a season
