    what's for dinner tonite?

    I'll be having braised lemmon chicken on garlic focaccia with skillet-fried scalloped potatoes. I think a nice Willamette Valley Oregon Pinot Noir would be the perfect accompaniment!

    Chicken fajitas, guacamole & salsa, Garlic bread and a chilled bottle of Australian chardonnay.

    I do prefer a smoky chipotle pepper salsa, But also i have had it raw which is quite pleasant.
