re: RANGERS AWAY TICKET SHOCK FOR QUEENS FANS

The SPFL rules say that the home club must make provision for the admission of such reasonable number of visiting supporters as may be agreed in advance with the visiting club.
If they are unable to agree, they are supposed to refer it to the SPFL Board not later than 14 days before the match. The Board will then determine how many visiting fans will be allowed and their decision is final and binding.

So, the question is when were Queens notified of this decision and did they agree it with Rangers? And, was it referred to the SPFL Board?

It is ludicrous that the Police can't deal with 1,500 fans in a 52,000 capacity stadium that is nowhere near full. Or is it the case that Rangers just can't afford the extra police that would be required?

The Rangers are charging their fans £17 and Queens fans £19. Is there not a rule that if you are in the same area you should charge the same price. I know it would cost the club but I would be petty and restrict their ticket allocation when we play them at Palmy.

The price for adult tickets in broadly comparable accommodation should be the same for home and away fans.

I think this just show how scummy the sevco *****s are absolute disgrace to Scotland

If I was a board member I would give them one section of new stand to the scum when they come down here at the end of the day u will still get sevco fans in the queens end if we give them 3000 or 300 tickets so wat difference does it make really

Like to see them limit celtic to 1000 tickets

Is there any season ticket holders that can't make the game and willing to part with their voucher? Worth a shot

Dunfermline were fined a few years ago for charging away fans more than home fans for what were seen as similar facilities/views. I remembr another club got away with it though a year later (maybe ST Mirren?) so it seems to be a rule that only applies when it suits

arrol it is not police scotlands decision atol ,iv just had a word with an officer tonight ,its rangers fault for giving season tickets to fans in the broomlone ,the officer told me it doesnt matter if queens were allowed 1000 or 50000 ,he said it isnt the polices job to segrigate the fans ,its the stewards jobs that rangers employ ,the police are only get involved if the stewards ask them for help ,only saying what i was told by a police officer .

Or applies to clubs that have restricted view seats.

Let's just " throw the toys completely " and not play Rangers at all this season thus sacrificing a potential 12 points and all the associated income with it !
