We live in hope. I'd happily exchange both Pelle and Long for Rickie Lambert right now. Even though he is probably only good for one more season, at least he is good for something

I think Ted Bates statue had more movement.
Cant control a ball, cant win a header, when he does gain possession loses the ball before he can do anything with it.

I think slagging a player off in only his second game in the Premier League in a side which is yet to gel is a bit embarrassing, give him a break. I can't believe some of our most f.uckwitted of fans were actually getting on his case today,...sigh
