Bapiste does not want to come back.

He is only several weeks into his loan period at Blackburn, but he loves it there he says, and does not want to come back to Bolton.

    Now there's a surprise.

Even though some of his defending at the end of last season was as bad as anyone can have imagined possible, he gave away numerous penalties, he was played out of position.

All the Blackpool fans said that his best position was centre back, and that he was very good in that position, that clown of ours played him everywhere but his natural position.

He is now back in his natural position, and apparently playing well. although he did give his obligatory penalty away last week.

Most footballers just want a straightforward manager that knows what they're about and treats them accordingly.

They don't want some loony that thinks he's Pep Guardiola and treats them like chess pieces.

Completely understand what a relief it must be for certain players to get away from Dougie Freedman.

I suppose at least baptiste is just being honest, he obviously wasn't happy being made a utility player and he just got frustrated with it all. I would have liked to have seen him play as a centre half, surely he couldn't be any worse than our other centre backs? Baptiste could still have a future at bwfc under a different manager though.

Don't blame him at all but you would have to worry about his increasing penalty tally
