    Your question is completely irrelevant, which is why I won't answer. Your assumption that the team played poorly because they weren't being motivated by Allardyce is a ridiculous one. I could just as easily ask who's job is it to respond to the managers motivation.

    Every time a team doesn't turn up like we didn't today you can't blame the manager every team fails to turn up at multiple points during the season even the teams with the most motivating of managers.

    Today we didn't turn up simple, today was nothing to do with allardyce. Simple. Get over it!
