    Apparently it is happening...
Barca playing his wages, all we are paying is a loan free. 1 million perhaps?

Also Galatasaray have caught on and are trying to nab him.

Can't see why he'd want to come as cover.

    Just don't get this one.

Doesn't add pace or creativity, which is what we lack

He's a better passer than you give him credit for, I remember his last season at Arsenal watching Van Persie win goal of the month on numerous occasions and Song was picking him out with some delightful passes. If we have a better passer in our squad I would be very surprised, you don't get to play for Arsenal & Barca if you can't pass the ball.

I don't think he'd come as cover either and Kouyate looks the business so perhaps it's Nobles place that's up for grabs?

    Morning All,

Refreshing to see that we are still trying to improve the squad at this late date, Jack has twitted there may be another signing this weekend, I know many frown on Jacks twits but the plain truth is he is as close to the horses mouth as it gets, so long may he continue.

Does anyone think he may be coming in to actually play as a centre back and to be cover for kouyate secondarily? Other than that would have to say he is a big step up in ability on our noble.
Either way I really struggle to see diame signing for a club like hull to free up the funds, all you read from him is how he should be playing for a top 4 club:/
