So can I assume you are happy to tolerate my patronising/condescending attitude as, of course, it is always absolutely right?Originally Posted by punkrockhammer
You lot can talk about me being condescending all you like you can also talk about me being wrong all you like. But the fact remains every time a team lose the manager is not to blame. Yesterday Allardyce was not to blame and yesterday without seeing the match or a single highlight, half of the posters here were blaming Allardyce for the loss. The whole attitude is ridiculous.
Because I call it as I see it you lot cry and stamp your feet like little kids.
P.S between 2002 and 2007 I was out the country with more important things on my mind than the year we nearly won the cup. So quite right it was 2006 I'm so sorry for that terrible mistake. However whether I got the year wrong or not my point is still valid. Instead of nit picking address the real issue

What about if he is a player/manager and plays in goal, miskicks a clearance, thereby scoring an own goal?Originally Posted by ammeread

There is a difference between EVERY time and ANY time.
The point is very few of us are able to look at a game objectively any more every defeat is an automatic allardyce out and every victory is automatically nothing to do with allardyce, every decent signing is not allardyces choice but the daves.
I don't want allardyce at the club any more than the rest of you do. But blaming allardyce for everything bad at the club whether his fault or not and not giving credit where credit is due makes for a very unintelligent and non objective football conversation.

Hypocrisy??
How can you call it as you see it before you've even seen it?

You are so aloof it's unbelievable.
Anyway, how do you know who's seen what and when? You accuse people of not having a coherent and lucid argument yet you treat the alternative to yours with insults and disdain.
The manager is in charge and has the ability and authority to impact the team with substitutions, tactical changes and motivation at half time. If anything we were worse in the second half yesterday so your attempts to absolve the manager of bl
